Before Pierce began at Pierce Counseling, he was a teacher for CPS for four years. During his tenure, he developed key skills in record-keeping, website design and development, and data analysis. He now works at Pierce Counseling as the operations manager. Helping to organize and maintain systems and processes so that the clinicians can focus on their clients.
